Generally, the MS Office applications are not used for meaningless waste of time. They’re used to accomplish important work, and this is also their main purpose. That’s why when MS Office documents can’t be accessed, things might get quite dramatic, and one of the reasons why these Office files might get inaccessible is forgetting their passwords. The good news is that for such unwanted situations, last resort solutions are still available. One of these solutions is Office Password Recovery PRO, a simple tool created with this sole and single purpose: to help recover the passwords of Office files. It does everything it takes to achieve its purpose; even if that means that it will use brute-force to crack the passwords. This is actually the main recovery method, next to the one based on dictionary-search. These recovery methods can be combined and used together to speed up the password retrieving process. Office Password Recovery PRO allows saving and managing these combinations as “attack profiles” or “attack schemes”. Anyway, this is not the only advantage offered by this neat tool. It also supports a large variety of Office file types (Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, Outlook PST mail files, PowerPoint presentations), created with any versions of Microsoft Office up to 2003 (inclusive).

The interface is pretty simple and intuitive, but I think it should include some more explanations, especially when it comes to understanding the differences between the recovery methods and setting up the recovery process. Anyway, this is a pretty minor downside that can be easily overlooked. What matters is that passwords of any length and complexity can be eventually recovered with this tool in a decent amount of time.
